Fee structure: All Gringo Glenn time billed at $25/hour in 1/4 hour segments. Travel time to jobsite will be charged as well (from Platinillo de Baru). A minimum retainer of $200 (8 hours) shall be on deposit with Gringo Glenn at all times (more will be requested for more involved projects). All project expenses shall be fronted by the client based on a written estimate provided by Gringo Glenn. Client can expect a detailed expense and time sheet provided monthly (or as appropriate to each project).
Referrals: Gringo Glenn loves referrals! All new client referrals (who put down the minimum retainer) will result in your next 2 hours of Gringo Glenn time being free. (A busy Gringo helps keep everyone's expenses low.)
Refunds: The minimum 8 hour retainer that is held in reserve is creditable (but not refundable) toward any service that Gringo Glenn provides. Any expense money forwarded for a project that is stopped before commencement by the client (in writing), by Gringo Glenn or forces beyond either of their respective controls is fully refundable.
